Thank you for your interest in serving on an IWCA committee and volunteering with us. The IWCA is regularly seeking committee members and special project volunteers. Please consider volunteering some of your time and expertise to achieve our mission to 'empower women in the international coffee community to achieve meaningful and sustainable lives; and to encourage and recognize the participation of women in all aspects of the coffee industry'.
